What I Mean When I Say "High-Speed Wi-Fi"

I've made the case before that Wi-Fi and cellular services cannot compete implicitly because of the problems encountered with high-frequency Wi-Fi handoffs necessary to support commuting subscribers. Leave it to some crazy Japanese guys in a Porsche to prove me wrong: 802.11b handoffs at 205 miles per hour with continuous data connectivity. Wow.
